CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Working as part of a call centre team in the
Mississauga Head Office, the primary
responsibilities include scheduling appointments,
answering patient inquiries in a professional
manner and report typing. Must be a team player,
computer literate, possess excellent customer
service skills and telephone etiquette. Medical
terminology is an asset but not required.
